If you are a new user to this site you will need to register on the login site by entering the New User section at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. Could we please ask that your user name be your name ie richard.stubbs, as this helps to identify you when booking.

On completion you should receive a note saying your membership is pending and you will shortly will receive a email asking you to verify your email account, once this is done we can then process your application which should be completed within 1 working day. Once you receive your membership acceptance email, click on link and you can start booking with immediate effect.

Enter your username into username section and your 6 digit number or letters (we recommend 6 as minimum) into the password section and this will allow you access into the room bookings page. Please click on room booking page and proceed with your online booking.
